Do I need a transaction coordinator?

How much do your services cost?
I charge a flat fee based on transaction type. I am only paid when the transaction closes. If the transaction gets cancelled, no payment is due.
-Residential/ MLS transaction - $350
-Close and Hold - $375
-Wholesales transaction - $400
-Novation or double close transaction - $500
